How long does the application process take?

Once I have applied online, how long does approval take?
We process application all day every weekday. We will formally approve your application and fund your account as soon as you fax or email us the required documentation.
What documentation is required to approve my application?
You will need you fax or email some documentation to us so that we can approve your application. We require you to send the following: Your application forms (attached to your application email), Clear copies of your Driver's Licence and Medicare card, Your most recent bank account statement, your most recent payslip issued by your employer and a recent bill (not more than one month old) showing your name and current address.
How do I know when my application is approved?
We will phone you to confirm your application and then you will receive an SMS message to your mobile phone as soon as your application is funded.
What if I have bad credit history?

How long does it take for me to receive funds?
Loan applications must be received no later than 3pm (business day excluding public holidays and weekends) to be in your bank account the next business day.
How do I receive funds?

What are my repayment options?
Repayment of your CashPal Advance is automatically debited from your bank account either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your pay cycle. We will send an SMS to your mobile phone on the day before each of your repayments are due as a reminder.
